Wade Hagan joins Bostik’s C&D Division
as hardwood installation systems

Sales Territory Manager for Texas

Middleton, Mass. (Sept. 23, 2008) —

Bostik Inc.’s Construction & Distribution (C&D) Division has appointed Wade Hagan Sales Territory Manager for hardwood flooring installation and maintenance solutions sold throughout Texas.

Hagan will manage distributor and contractor customer relationships throughout the Lone Star State for Bostik C&D Division’s Bostik® and DURABOND® hardwood products. Hagan brings with him 11 years of flooring industry experience, as well as 10 years in the coatings industry with Sherwin Williams.

Most recently, Hagan oversaw business in eight states as Southwest Regional Sales Manager for the DriTac Adhesive Group for five years. Before that, the Texas resident was Southwest Regional Sales Manager for Tarkett Flooring, serving residential
vinyl-sheet floor-covering accounts across five states. Prior to that,

Hagan spent one-and-a-half years as National Accounts Manager for Universal Flooring Ltd.

Hagan graduated from East Texas State University in 1989 with a bachelor of business administration in marketing degree. He reports directly to Brian Kelley, South Region Sales Manager for the Bostik C&D Division.
