Herbert's Adhesives

Herbert’s adhesives comprise a complete line of dry bond laminating adhesives. Their industrial adhesive products are proven, high performance adhesives that may be applied out of solvent or as 100% solids laminating adhesives. Herbert’s 100% solids adhesives are one and two component systems designed for use in medium to high performance laminations. They can be used on high-speed laminators with minimal problems. Our solvent based systems are polyester based adhesives applied out of ethyl acetate or acetone using a hardener. These commercial adhesives can be tailored to the most demanding of applications up to and including retort stable laminations.

FEATURED HERBERT'S PRODUCTS

Herberts HBTS LF191X3 is a high performance, one component laminating adhesive that has found to be useful in lamination containing SiOx or AlOx coated films.

Herbert’s EPS179/EPS74 is a solvent based system that has found success in retort packaging requiring high temperature and chemical resistance. The adhesive will adhere to standard films such PET, Aluminum and OPP as well as more exotic films such as PVDF.

Herbert's EPS71 is a high solids, dry laminating adhesive good for many film/film and film/aluminum laminations. It has good heat resistance when used with proper hardener as well as passing sterilization resistance on film/film laminations.
