Our innovative foam-in-place flexible gasket doorlite sealant goes in precisely the right place with minimal waste and superior high-temperature sag resistance. Versatile and powerful, it easily adheres around curves and edges, adapting perfectly to any size or shape. It also adheres to a variety of substrates, including glass, wood, plastic and metal.

FoamStik is available in a range of technologies, including styrenic block copolymers, polyolefin and polyurethane. It can be applied by hand-assist or programmable automated equipment for added flexibility.

Compared to solid gaskets, FoamStik cuts direct labor costs, minimizes waste and scrap generation, reduces material costs per part, and improves robustness with solvents, paints and temperature changes.
