Bostik SL-150 Self-Leveling Underlayment

SL-150™ is a high compressive strength, self-leveling, cement-based underlayment. It is used to repair, smooth and level concrete as well as existing ceramic, terrazzo or approved plywood subfloors prior to the installation of carpet, vinyl, VCT, laminate, solid and engineered hardwood flooring installation, ceramic or natural stone. Suitable for thicknesses from feather-edge to 1” thick; or up to 5” thick when mixed as designed with pea gravel. Use on, above, or below grade. Use SL-150 in smaller installations where it may be mixed by hand, or use underlayment pump to quickly cover large jobs.

Fast Patch 102

Fast Patch 102 is a fast-setting, polymer-modified, cement-based compound. Simply mix with water to repair cracks, holes and uneven surfaces from feather-edge up to 1/2" thick in a single application. Use for carpet, stone floors, and ceramic tile installation, as well as hardwood flooring installation. It can be applied over concrete, existing ceramic tile, exterior-grade plywood and well-bonded vinyl tile.

Bostik UltraFinish Portland Cement-Based Patch

Bostik UltraFinish is a fast-setting, latex-fortified, Portland cement-based patch for interior use prior to the installation of hardwood, ceramic, carpet, vinyl, or rubber flooring. This product may be used to skim coat or feather-edge up to 1" deep in one application. Floor covering can be installed typically in as little as 10-15 minutes over concrete, wood, ceramic and quarry tile without the requirement of priming or the use of a liquid additive. When mixed with Durabond D-L16™ High Strength Additive or Bostik's Hydroment 425 Multi-Purpose Acrylic Latex Admixture instead of water, Bostik UltraFinish can be used as an embossing leveler.

This product contains Bostik's Blockade™ Antimicrobial Protection, which inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold, or mildew on the surface of the dried cement; the dried cement resists stains caused by mold.

Ultra-Set® Advanced

A tenacious, one-part, trowel-applied, elastomeric waterproofing /crack /sound isolation membrane and setting adhesive. Use Ultra-Set Advanced as a waterproofing, crack, and sound isolation membrane over properly-prepared concrete; structurally-sound, exterior grade plywood (interior/dry use only); cementitious backer board; and existing, well-bonded vinyl/VCT or ceramic tile, prior to the installation of ceramic or stone tile. Ultra-Set Advanced may be used with gypsum-based underlayments in dry, above grade installations with minimum compressive strengths of 2,000 psi.

GoldPlus™

A ready-to-use, roller-applied, latex waterproofing and anti-fracture membrane for use beneath thin-set ceramic tile installations on vertical and horizontal surfaces. GoldPlus exceeds the requirements of ANSI A118.10 (specification for waterproof membranes beneath thin set tile and stone) and the proposed ANSI A118 specification for crack isolation membranes.

Use GoldPlus in commercial or residential applications. Apply over concrete, cement block walls, cement backer board, gypsum board, exterior-grade plywood (interior, dry installations only) and mortar beds. Dries in 1 to 3 hours. Cleans up with soap and water before the material dries.

Black-Top™ 90210

A liquid-applied, fabric-reinforced waterproofing and crack isolation membrane. Black-Top 90210 may be used for both heavy duty and residential applications.

Use in commercial kitchens, pools, showers, fountains, spas, hospitals, schools, malls, airports, etc.

Applies as easy as paint. Dries in 2-4 hours; minimal thickness does not add elevation.

Exceeds the requirements of ANSI A118.10.

Use Mud-In-A-Bag wherever a traditional "mud bed" or "wet set" installation is desired on floors, countertops, showers, tubs, fountains, spas or decks.

425 Multi-Purpose Acrylic Latex Admixture™

Versatile, high solids, acrylic emulsion with four primary applications:

• Grout Admixture

425 Multi-Purpose Acrylic Latex Admixture can be mixed with Hydroment Ceramic Tile Grout to comply with ANSI 118.6 and ANSI 118.7 requirements.

When mixed with grout, 425 Multi-Purpose Acrylic Latex Admixture controls the cure rate, producing excellent physical strengths, flexibility, and color uniformity; helps minimize cracking in wood-framed structures; and helps reduce staining because it lowers the porosity of the grout.

When mixed with Tile-Mate thin-set mortars, 425 Multi-Purpose Acrylic Latex exceeds the requirements of both ANSI A118.4 and ANSI A118.11. Use over plywood, existing vinyl or ceramic flooring, and exterior installations subject to moisture and freezing.

Use 425 Multi-Purpose Acrylic Latex Admixture instead of water for preparing mortar beds and bond coats in traditional thick bed applications to improve water resistance and durability.

Extremely high solids, high-performance acrylic emulsion designed to be mixed full strength with Tile-Mate thin-set mortars.

Use 447 Flex-A-Lastic wherever maximum performance is desired. Use over difficult, non-traditional substrates, existing vinyl or ceramic flooring, exterior installations subject to moisture and freezing, and floors with deflection up to 1/240. The tacky consistency of Flex-A-Lastic is excellent for setting large wall tile as well.

When mixed with Tile-Mate thin-set mortars, Flex-A-Lastic exceeds the requirements of ANSI A118.4 and ANSI A118.11.

EzPoxy™ Grout & Mortar

For interior and exterior, vertical or horizontal installations. Typical applications include commercial kitchens, lobbies, bathrooms, fast food restaurants, breweries, dairies, wineries, factories, shopping malls, meat processors, and distilleries.

As a Bonding Mortar:  Suitable bonding mortar for interior applications only. Use to set all ceramic, quarry, porcelain, granite, slate, pre-cast Terrazo, dimension stone tiles and moisture-sensitive stone. Use over properly-prepared concrete; structurally-sound, exterior-grade plywood (interior/dry use only); cementitious backer board; Hydroment Gold®; Ultra-Set Advanced; Black-Top 90210; and existing, well-bonded vinyl/VCT or ceramic tile. (As a bonding mortar, EzPoxy should be for interior use only.)

As a Grout:  Use to grout all ceramic, quarry, porcelain, granite, slate, and pre-cast Terrazo, dimension stone tiles, in joints from 1/16" to 1/2" wide.

Hydroment 1900® Modified Epoxy

A two-component epoxy admixture designed to be mixed with Hydroment Ceramic Tile Grout (sanded only—except white).

Hydroment 1900 creates a modified epoxy grout and setting mortar with exceptional stain resistance and tenacious adhesion—all with workability like a traditional Portland cement grout or mortar.

The Hydroment 1900 System (Part A & Part B) exceeds the requirements of ANSI A118.8 for modified epoxy grout and mortar. Use 1900 for grouting ceramic tile, porcelain tile, quarry tile, brick pavers, slate, marble, granite and structural glazed block wherever a high resistance to staining is required.

Pure Silicone Caulking

From Bostik, a 100% RTV-curing Silicone Caulking that is waterproof and permanently flexible.

As a Caulk:  Use in tub surrounds to seal drains, fixtures, and plumbing penetrations.

As an Adhesive:  Use as an adhesive or bedding compound for countertops, soap dishes, and thresholds. Pure Silicone Caulking is highly chemical resistant and can withstand temperatures to 400°F.

Available in Clear and White, sold in 10.1 oz. caulking cartridges.

An oil-based stain used to restore the color of grout. Grout Stain is also an excellent grout sealer.

Specially-formulated, non-acidic, non-abrasive latex grout cleaning concentrate. Its powerful surface-active agents, wetting agents and sequestants penetrate and remove latex film from ceramic tile surfaces and grout. Remove™ can cut cleaning time in half and has no odors.
