ADH 4812 is an acrylic copolymer pressure sensitive adhesive in organic solvents. It is crosslinkable by isocyanates. This adhesive has been designed for double-coated adhesive tapes.

Never-Seez Anti-Seize & Lubricating Compounds
Never-Seez® Pipe Compound with PTFE allows greater thread engagement and more positive sealing. This product prevents corrosion and galling of threads for easy disassembly at temperatures up to 525˚F. Recommended for use on black iron, galvanized stainless steel and pressure steam pipes in contact with maleable cast iron, brass, stainless steel and galvanized fittings.
The standard in the nuclear industry, Nickel Nuclear Grade is specially tested and certified pure for use in nuclear power plants. Each production of Nuclear Grade is tested for contaminants of sulfer, halogens and low-melt metals and each container is labeled with the lot number that certifies purity. Recommended for nuclear fittings, valves and steam manifolds. Provides maximum protection from high heat up to 2400ºF and aggressive chemicals. Meets General Electric Nuclear D50YP12 and tested to MIL-A-907.

SuperTak General Purpose is a quick-tack, specially formulated, versatile adhesive for both temporary (1-surface) or permanent (2-surface) bonding of a variety of lightweight materials, including paper, cardboard, fabric, leather, foil, foam and fiberglass to themselves, to each other or to wood, metals and some plastics. This aerosol adhesive product can be used in a variety of graphic arts applications, for labeling, carton sealing, light assembly and MRO applications.
Advanced Hybrid Polymer Technologies
Bostik® 70-08A is a one-component adhesive, high tensile strength; high green strength, which reduces and eliminates clamping and assembly times. Conforms to FMVSS 212, 1-hour drive-away time. Contains no solvents and is isocyanate-free. Comes with conic nozzle for narrow grooves (KCA version) or precut V-notch nozzle (KC version as shown). Available in black only. Designed for primerless windshield and glass bonding.
Bostik® 70-09 is a high green strength version of 70-05. Used for bonding mirrors. Isocyanate-, solvent-, and corrosive additive-free. Slower curing speed versus other SMP products. Comes with precut V-notch nozzle. Available in white only.
Bostik® 70-12 is a one-component adhesive, high tensile strength; very high green strength, which reduces and eliminates clamping and assembly times. 70-12 is a higher green strength version than 70-08. Conforms to FMVSS 212, 15-minute drive-away time. Contains no solvents and is isocyanate-free. Comes with precut V-notch nozzle.
Moisture Vapor Protection
Vapor-Lock™ is a new and improved one-part, trowel-applied, rapid tacking, very low permeability moisture-cure urethane adhesive and vapor retarding membrane. This scientifically formulated adhesive/membrane does NOT contain water, is virtually odorless, and has 0%-VOC's.
Vapor-Lock offers a tenacious waterproof bond to a variety or substrates and is not adversely affected by exposure to moisture, water, or alkalinity; it can also create a vapor-retarding membrane designed to reduce moderate amounts of moisture vapor transmission from the subfloor and bridge cracks that can occur in the substrate prior to or after installation (up to 1/8”).
Bostik® 955-SL™ is a premium, one-component, polyurethane pourable sealant. Bostik 955-SL possesses key performance properties for commercial grade and architecturally specified polyurethane sealants. Bostik 955-SL meets ASTM C-920, Type S, Grade P, Class 35, Use T and NT, US Federal Specification TT-S-00230C, Type I, Class A, and Canadian standard CAN/CGSB-19.13-M87. Principle applications include various horizontal dynamic joints such as expansion joints and control joints, perimeter joints, and exterior sealing applications on diverse building materials.

Epoxy (Engineering Adhesives)
Structural epoxy having high shear strength and strong adhesion to metals, woods, reinforced plastics and masonry. The best choice for bonding parts which must withstand weather, moisture and temperature fluctuations, 7538 will adhere with minimum surface preparation and has a low coefficient of expansion. Rated 3,000 psi shear strength on steel; 2.0% elongation at break. Temperature service range: -60°F to +210°F. Green color. Meets MIL-A-52194-A requirements.
This freezer-grade hot melt adhesive has a moderate open time with fast set, providing superior process flexibility. It offers robust adhesion to uncoated and coated stocks, including polylaminate stocks. It also features excellent freezer resistance and can be used in blast freezer applications.

Hot Melt Adhesives (Polyamide)
Bostik HM4227 is thermoplastic dimer-acid polyamide supplied in a pellet form. This product has been developed to bond to a variety of substrates including wood, metal and many plastics including plasticized PVC. Bostik HM4227 offers the combined benefit of low application viscosity for ease of application with a good balance high and low temperature properties.
Ideal for backfilling windshield gaskets with 70-03A or 70-08A.

Primer N-32 has been developed to provide adhesion on surfaces covered with flourocarbons, silicone acrylics, acrylics, etc. Drying time is approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
Bostik HM 5170 is a low fusing temperature, crystalline polyester powder adhesive.

StoneWall™ is for interior or exterior, commercial or residential installations to set all types of porcelain, Saltillo, ceramic, granite, slate, marble, limestone, and dimension stone tiles. StoneWall is formulated to prevent large bodied ceramic, porcelain and stone tiles from slipping in vertical applications. StoneWall is also suitable for installing floor tiles. Use over properly prepared concrete; structurally sound, exterior grade plywood (interior/dry use only); cementitious backer board; Bostik Ultra-Set® Advanced; Bostik BlackTop; Bostik GoldPlus; existing, well-bonded vinyl/VCT or ceramic tile; and cutback adhesive residue (dry only).

Use Bostik® Flex-A-Lastic acrylic mortar wherever maximum performance is desired. Use over difficult, non-traditional substrates, existing vinyl or ceramic flooring, exterior installations subject to moisture and freezing, and floors with deflection up to 1/240. The tacky consistency of Flex-A-Lastic is excellent for setting large wall tile as well.
When mixed with Tile-Mate thin-set mortars, Flex-A-Lastic exceeds the requirements of ANSI A118.4 and ANSI A118.11.

Bostik Marine 920 is a one-part, gun-grade urethane adhesive/sealant that moisture cures to an extremely tough, resilient seal, which exhibits excellent tear and abrasion resistance while retaining permanent elastomeric properties. It has tenacious adhesion to most common marine substrates, including virtually all woods, metal, FRP and most plastics. Marine 920 can be used as either a sealant or an adhesive.

Windshield and Glass Bonding
Prep G is a "black out" primer to be used on glass, polycarbonate (PC) and acrylic glass (PMMA) without ceramic coating (frit) before dispensing the glazing 70-08A, 70-11 and 70-12 adhesives. Prep G glass adhesive provides ultraviolet light protection to the bond line.
Note: UV protection is required for all direct glazing bonding applications. Factory applied frits usually provide UV protection. Read and follow instructions in the Technical Data Sheet.
