Never-Seez Anti-Seize & Lubricating Compounds
The “original” anti-seize compound and extreme pressure lubricant formulated with copper, graphite, aluminum and other ingredients to protect metal parts against rust, corrosion and seizure up to 1800ºF. Specified by BMW, Mercedes, GE D6Y28A1, Garrett Engine Division PCS5724, Pratt & Whitney PWA 36053-2 and tested to MIL-A-907.
A nickel and graphite based anti-seize compound formulated to protect up to 2400ºF against seizure and galling, galvanic and severe environmental corrosion. Specified by GE Aircraft A5OTF198-S1, GE D6Y28C1, Garrett Engine Division PCS5721, Pratt & Whitney PWA 36053 and PWA 36053-1, Boeing BAC5008, and tested to MIL-A-907. This product is recommended for use when applications prohibit the presence of copper, especially when resistance to corrosive acidic and caustic solutions is required.
This premium grade anti-seize protects nuclear components from seizure and galling at temperatures up to 2200ºF. Each production lot of Never-Seez Nuclear Grade is tested for contaminants of sulfur, halogens and low-melt metals and each container is labeled with the lot number that certifies purity. The Heavy Metal Free formulation provides superior lubrication to all metals, including stainless steel, aluminum, alloy and other soft metals up to 2450˚F. Specifically developed for applications, such as marine, when the presence of copper, nickel or any heavy metals are prohibited.
Never-Seez Blue Moly lubricant is designed for industrial applications requiring non-destructive assembly and disassembly where combinations ofhigh loads, high temperatures and low speeds are encountered to reduce friction during the assembly of press-fit components. Blue Moly withstands pressures and temperatures up to 1500ºF.
Never-Seez High Temperature Bearing Lubricant is an exclusive combination of a specially formulated high temperature grease and lubricating enhancers that provide long lasting lubrication at temperatures between 500ºF and 1000ºF. High Temperature Bearing Lubricant has no dropping point and is recommended for ball and roller bearings, bushings, open and sealed bearings.
FDA authorized PTFE provides additional lubricity, especially where a thin film of lubricant is desirable. Never-Seez White Food Grade with PTFE is virtually odorless, colorless and tasteless. This anti-seize lubricant is NSF-H1 Certified.
Bostik 920 Fast Set is a one-part, gun-grade urethane sealant/adhesive that moisture cures to an extremely tough, resilient seal, which exhibits excellent tear and abrasion resistance while retaining permanent elastomeric properties. It has tenacious adhesion to most common marine substrates including virtually all woods, metal, FRP and most plastics. Bostik 920 Fast Set can be used as either a sealant or an adhesive, and is a faster skinning formula of 920.
Bostik® LoVOC Seal™ is a one-component, moisture curing, low VOC urethane sealant specifically designed to meet the demands of the transportation industry. Primarily targeted for joint/gap filling and seam/weldline applications where low shrinkage and excellent sealability is required at economical prices. LoVOC Seal™ possesses outstanding adhesion to aluminum, wood and FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester). It can be sanded and/or painted after tack free time has been achieved.
Windshield and Glass Bonding
Prep M improves bond strength of SMP-based products on most nonporous substrates, such as metals, and especially metal with mill-oil finish. In cases where high thermal or physical loads, especially under humid conditions requiring ultimate adhesion, use Prep M. A clean, dry and grease free substrate is necessary for ultimate adhesion. Bostik's TKO is a one-part, trowel-applied, moisture-cure urethane; this advanced, scientifically-formulated adhesive does NOT contain water. Once cured, TKO is waterproof and is not adversely affected by exposure to moisture or water; its superior properties provide a tough, flexible, tenacious bond to a variety of surfaces. TKO's elastomeric characteristics allow the adhesive to move with the wood as it expands and contracts over the life of the floor.

Webcrete® 95 is a fast-setting, latex-fortified, Portland cement patch for interior use. Webcrete 95 may be used to skim coat or feather-edge finish up to 1/2” deep in one application. Floor covering can be installed in as little as an hour after application. Webcrete 95 is extremely flexible and resilient for patching and smoothing floors prior to the installation of ceramic tile, carpet, resilient and wood flooring. When mixed with D-L16 instead of water, not only is the performance and flexibility improved, but Webcrete 95 can also be used as an embossing leveler.
Webpatch 90™ is a fast-setting, gypsum-based material designed for interior installations for patching floors, walls, and other surfaces. Webpatch 90 can be used to fill cracks up to 1/2” deep over properly-prepared surfaces. Webpatch 90 may be mixed with DURABOND® 60L Latex Floor Underlayment Additive instead of water for improved performance. When used properly, this product provides a fast-setting surface that will not check, crack or break up.
Bostik SL-150™ is a high compressive strength, self-leveling, cement-based underlayment used to repair, smooth and level concrete as well as existing ceramic, terrazzo or approved plywood subfloors prior to the installation of carpet, vinyl, VCT, laminate, solid and engineered hardwood flooring, ceramic or natural stone. SL-150™ is suitable for thicknesses from feather edge to 1” thick; from 1/2” to 5” thick when mixed as designed with pea gravel. Use on, above or below grade. Use SL-150™ in smaller installations where it may be mixed by hand; or use an underlayment pump to quickly cover large jobs.
Fiberglass with Film Adhesive
SuperTak Aerosol Adhesives are top performance adhesives neatly packaged into easy-to-handle and easy-to-store aerosol containers. These products offer a wide range of performance characteristics to choose from for consistently reliable bonds. Their versatility means SuperTak adhesives are ideal for a variety of industrial applications, including assembly operations, maintenance jobs and packaging.
SuperTak Foam & Fabric is a fast-tacking 1 or 2-surface adhesive that forms strong, pliable, non-dimpling bonds on a variety of fabrics; foams (latex, urethane, polyethylene), polyethylene films either being bonded to themselves, to one another or to wood, metals and many plastics. Applied with a precision-controlled lace spray pattern, it has Òlow soakÓ characteristics and its orange color allows for easy visual detection of proper coverage. Foam & Fabric is often used in general upholstery applications, transportation or marine interiors, construction of office partitions, assembly of equipment cases or cabinets and specialty packaging.
SuperTak Mist provides nearly the same 1-surface bond strength as SuperTak "High Performance", but is applied as a transparent, non-staining, non-yellowing fine mist with low soak-in characteristics and longer open-time making it ideal for bonding to lightweight materials, such as foam, cloth, fabrics, felt, cardboard and paper. Applications from these product assembly adhesives include affixing labels and nameplates; attaching insulation, carpet or fabrics to wood or metal surfaces for both temporary or permanent installations.
SuperTak Contact Type is used like a traditional contact cement: The adhesive must be applied to both substrate surfaces, allowed to cure for up to 20 minutes before being joined to form a permanent, high-strength bond. This industrial adhesive product offers high heat and moisture-resistant bonding on a variety of similar or dissimilar materials used in construction, product assembly, laminating and MRO applications involving insulation, wood, foam, drywall, FRP, concrete, metals, some plastics and plastic laminates. Special adjustable nozzle valve allows for applying in a narrow-to-wide, low-to-high volume fan spray web pattern.
Advanced Hybrid Polymer Technologies
Bostik® 2200 TS (Transportation Sealant) is a one-component, moisture curing, adhesive/sealant based upon Bostik Hybrid Technology—which qualifies as CARB, OTC, and SCAQMD Compliant and contains no solvent (alcohols, xylene, etc.). Significant product benefits include fast skinning, (<30 minutes), 100% solids, and non-yellowing and is paint compatible.
Bostik 2200 TS exhibits medium thixotrophy resulting in overhead and vertical gap filling up to 0.5 inches without slump or sag.
Bostik 70-03A SKF is a slow skin forming (30 minutes) version of the 70-03A (15 minutes). Because of its slow skin time, 70-03A SKF is the ideal product for the Dual™ accelerated technology. Solvent- and isocyanate-free.
Bostik® 70-07A is a one-component, fast curing, sprayable seam sealer that can be used for underbody coating or for overlapping seams between PVS, wood, and metal. Paintable after skin formation. Sandable after cure. Solvent-free, does not shrink or bubble. Isocyanate-free.
Bostik® 70-08A is a one-component adhesive, high tensile strength; high green strength, which reduces and eliminates clamping and assembly times. Conforms to FMVSS 212, 1-hour drive-away time. Contains no solvents and is isocyanate-free. Comes with conic nozzle for narrow grooves (KCA version) or precut V-notch nozzle (KC version as shown). Available in black only. Designed for primerless windshield and glass bonding.
Bostik® 70-11 is a one-component adhesive, high tensile strength; outstanding green strength, which reduces and eliminates clamping and assembly times. Contains no solvents and is isocyanate-free. 70-11 has a longer skin time than 70-08 and is ideal when used with Dual™ accelerated technology.
Bostik PE165 web is a hot melt adhesive produced in nonwoven form. Web adhesives handle like a fabric facilitating both intermittent and continuous processes. The PE165 web series is available in a range of adhesive basis weights ranging from 15 grams to 100 grams per square yard.
Bostik PE165 web is based upon a high performance polyester polymer. The product resists repeated home launderings, bond to a wide variety of fabrics, foams, and vinyls and has good resistance to oils and plasticizers.
Bostik SPA145FR is an experimental Sharnet® web adhesive produced in a nonwoven form. Primary applications where Bostik SPA145FR is targeted for use are textile laminations where a flame-retardant adhesive is required to assist other flame-retardant substrates in producing a non-burning composite.
Produced in the Sharnet form, Bostik SPA145FR is based on a nylon resin that exhibits good dry cleaning solvent resistance. Bostik SPA145FR bonds to a variety of textiles, urethane foams and plasterized vinyl.

Solvent Based Adhesives
Bostik adhesive 1923B is a solvent based one-component moisture curing adhesive designed for the assembly of interior trim components of automobiles. It is a medium viscosity blue-green liquid adhesive designed to be spray-applied to a variety of substrates, particularly unprimed PP. It is suitable for contact or pressure bonding of cloth or non-woven to PP, fiberboard, ABS or similar materials. Plasticized PVC should not be bonded directly with 1923B due to concerns of plasticizer migration.
Specifically designed for premium, thermally-stable case and carton sealing freezer applications, this hot melt adhesive has a high level of hot tack, simplifying adherence to difficult substrates. It optimizes production lines with short compression sections. With superior freezer resistance and strong elevated temperature resistance, this adhesive performs well in a variety of shipping conditions. As a water-white product, it has excellent thermal stability.

Hot Melt Adhesives (Polyester)
Bostik HM4163P is a high performance polyester adhesive designed to bond to a variety of textiles. This product was designed to provide excellent moisture resistance, good heat resistance, and improved flexibility compared to typical crystalline CoPes resins. It has a median melt point of 142° C combined with a low application viscosity for ease of application.
General Purpose Grade (One-Component)
Bostik® 1200 is a one-component silicone sealant that cures by reaction with moisture. Its cured properties allow it to be used in a wide array of applications to principally non-porous surfaces. Bostik® 1200 exhibits excellent adhesion to such building materials as glass, glazed ceramic tile, and aluminum.
