Bostik® 70-11 is a one-component adhesive, high tensile strength; outstanding green strength, which reduces and eliminates clamping and assembly times. Contains no solvents and is isocyanate-free. 70-11 has a longer skin time than 70-08 and is ideal when used with Dual™ accelerated technology.

Advanced Hybrid Polymer Technologies
Bostik® 70-12 is a one-component adhesive, high tensile strength; very high green strength, which reduces and eliminates clamping and assembly times. 70-12 is a higher green strength version than 70-08. Conforms to FMVSS 212, 15-minute drive-away time. Contains no solvents and is isocyanate-free. Comes with precut V-notch nozzle.
Bostik® 2200 TS (Transportation Sealant) is a one-component, moisture curing, adhesive/sealant based upon Bostik Hybrid Technology—which qualifies as CARB, OTC, and SCAQMD Compliant and contains no solvent (alcohols, xylene, etc.). Significant product benefits include fast skinning, (<30 minutes), 100% solids, and non-yellowing and is paint compatible.
Bostik 2200 TS exhibits medium thixotrophy resulting in overhead and vertical gap filling up to 0.5 inches without slump or sag.
Bostik 70-03A SKF is a slow skin forming (30 minutes) version of the 70-03A (15 minutes). Because of its slow skin time, 70-03A SKF is the ideal product for the Dual™ accelerated technology. Solvent- and isocyanate-free.
For lay-flat litho laminations such as puzzles and game boards, our liquid laminating adhesive offers slow drying and long open time. It’s ideal for roll coating and pot devin applications.

Hot Melt Adhesives (Polyamide)
Bostik HM4228S is a high performance dimer-acid polyamide adhesive. This product combines a high melt point and fast set time with excellent resistance to hot motor oils, gasoline, and hydraulic fluids. HM4228S has proven effective in filter assembly, bonding papers, non-wovens and other porous filter media.
Ideal for backfilling windshield gaskets with 70-03A or 70-08A.

Epoxy (Engineering Adhesives)
Structural epoxy having high shear strength and strong adhesion to metals, woods, reinforced plastics and masonry. The best choice for bonding parts which must withstand weather, moisture and temperature fluctuations, 7538 will adhere with minimum surface preparation and has a low coefficient of expansion. Rated 3,000 psi shear strength on steel; 2.0% elongation at break. Temperature service range: -60°F to +210°F. Green color. Meets MIL-A-52194-A requirements.
Bostik HM 5184 is a unique polyester adhesive designed for textile bonding applications. Bostik HM 5184 combines excellent resistance to home laundering with a relatively low activation temperature. The product also provides good resistance to dry cleaning solvents. Bostik HM 5184 begins to activate at 230°F.
Used for bonding a wide and versatile range of materials, including woods, papers, cardboard, leathers, fabrics, many metals, plastics and elastomers. Applications for this cyanoacrylate adhesive include bonding wood components or trim in furniture, hobby and craft applications, product assembly and repair. MIL-A-46050C Type II, Class 2.
Higher viscosity allows for strong bonds to rougher, more porous or acidic surfaces on difficult-to-bond substrates. General purpose bonds to woods, metals and plastics in any combination. MIL-A-46050C Type II, Class 3.

Never-Seez Anti-Seize & Lubricating Compounds
The “original” anti-seize compound and extreme pressure lubricant formulated with copper, graphite, aluminum and other ingredients to protect metal parts against rust, corrosion and seizure up to 1800ºF. Specified by BMW, Mercedes, GE D6Y28A1, Garrett Engine Division PCS5724, Pratt & Whitney PWA 36053-2 and tested to MIL-A-907.
A nickel and graphite based anti-seize compound formulated to protect up to 2400ºF against seizure and galling, galvanic and severe environmental corrosion. Specified by GE Aircraft A5OTF198-S1, GE D6Y28C1, Garrett Engine Division PCS5721, Pratt & Whitney PWA 36053 and PWA 36053-1, Boeing BAC5008, and tested to MIL-A-907. This product is recommended for use when applications prohibit the presence of copper, especially when resistance to corrosive acidic and caustic solutions is required.
This premium grade anti-seize protects nuclear components from seizure and galling at temperatures up to 2200ºF. Each production lot of Never-Seez Nuclear Grade is tested for contaminants of sulfur, halogens and low-melt metals and each container is labeled with the lot number that certifies purity. The Heavy Metal Free formulation provides superior lubrication to all metals, including stainless steel, aluminum, alloy and other soft metals up to 2450˚F. Specifically developed for applications, such as marine, when the presence of copper, nickel or any heavy metals are prohibited.
Never-Seez Blue Moly lubricant is designed for industrial applications requiring non-destructive assembly and disassembly where combinations ofhigh loads, high temperatures and low speeds are encountered to reduce friction during the assembly of press-fit components. Blue Moly withstands pressures and temperatures up to 1500ºF.
Bostik Marine 920 is a one-part, gun-grade urethane adhesive/sealant that moisture cures to an extremely tough, resilient seal, which exhibits excellent tear and abrasion resistance while retaining permanent elastomeric properties. It has tenacious adhesion to most common marine substrates, including virtually all woods, metal, FRP and most plastics. Marine 920 can be used as either a sealant or an adhesive.
Bostik® LoVOC Seal™ is a one-component, moisture curing, low VOC urethane sealant specifically designed to meet the demands of the transportation industry. Primarily targeted for joint/gap filling and seam/weldline applications where low shrinkage and excellent sealability is required at economical prices. LoVOC Seal™ possesses outstanding adhesion to aluminum, wood and FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester). It can be sanded and/or painted after tack free time has been achieved.
Never-Seez® Anti-Seize Lubricant
Never-Seez® Mariner’s Choice – is a heavy duty anti-seize and extreme pressure lubricant formulated to assure absolute parts protection against seizure, galling and corrosion in fresh and salt water environments.

Windshield and Glass Bonding
Prep G is a "black out" primer to be used on glass, polycarbonate (PC) and acrylic glass (PMMA) without ceramic coating (frit) before dispensing the glazing 70-08A, 70-11 and 70-12 adhesives. Prep G glass adhesive provides ultraviolet light protection to the bond line.
Note: UV protection is required for all direct glazing bonding applications. Factory applied frits usually provide UV protection. Read and follow instructions in the Technical Data Sheet.
Prep M improves bond strength of SMP-based products on most nonporous substrates, such as metals, and especially metal with mill-oil finish. In cases where high thermal or physical loads, especially under humid conditions requiring ultimate adhesion, use Prep M. A clean, dry and grease free substrate is necessary for ultimate adhesion. BEST is a one-part, trowel-applied, tacking moisture-cure urethane adhesive. This advanced, scientifically-formulated adhesive does NOT contain water. Once cured, Bostik's Best is waterproof and is not adversely affected by exposure to moisture or water; its superior properties provide a tough, flexible, tenacious bond to a variety of surfaces. Bostik's Best's elastomeric characteristics allow the adhesive to move with the wood as it expands and contracts over the life of the floor.
Bostik's TKO is a one-part, trowel-applied, moisture-cure urethane; this advanced, scientifically-formulated adhesive does NOT contain water. Once cured, TKO is waterproof and is not adversely affected by exposure to moisture or water; its superior properties provide a tough, flexible, tenacious bond to a variety of surfaces. TKO's elastomeric characteristics allow the adhesive to move with the wood as it expands and contracts over the life of the floor.

Webcrete® 95 is a fast-setting, latex-fortified, Portland cement patch for interior use. Webcrete 95 may be used to skim coat or feather-edge finish up to 1/2” deep in one application. Floor covering can be installed in as little as an hour after application. Webcrete 95 is extremely flexible and resilient for patching and smoothing floors prior to the installation of ceramic tile, carpet, resilient and wood flooring. When mixed with D-L16 instead of water, not only is the performance and flexibility improved, but Webcrete 95 can also be used as an embossing leveler.
Webpatch 90™ is a fast-setting, gypsum-based material designed for interior installations for patching floors, walls, and other surfaces. Webpatch 90 can be used to fill cracks up to 1/2” deep over properly-prepared surfaces. Webpatch 90 may be mixed with DURABOND® 60L Latex Floor Underlayment Additive instead of water for improved performance. When used properly, this product provides a fast-setting surface that will not check, crack or break up.
Fiberglass with Film Adhesive

SuperTak Foam & Fabric is a fast-tacking 1 or 2-surface adhesive that forms strong, pliable, non-dimpling bonds on a variety of fabrics; foams (latex, urethane, polyethylene), polyethylene films either being bonded to themselves, to one another or to wood, metals and many plastics. Applied with a precision-controlled lace spray pattern, it has Òlow soakÓ characteristics and its orange color allows for easy visual detection of proper coverage. Foam & Fabric is often used in general upholstery applications, transportation or marine interiors, construction of office partitions, assembly of equipment cases or cabinets and specialty packaging.
Bostik PE165 web is a hot melt adhesive produced in nonwoven form. Web adhesives handle like a fabric facilitating both intermittent and continuous processes. The PE165 web series is available in a range of adhesive basis weights ranging from 15 grams to 100 grams per square yard.
Bostik PE165 web is based upon a high performance polyester polymer. The product resists repeated home launderings, bond to a wide variety of fabrics, foams, and vinyls and has good resistance to oils and plasticizers.
Bostik SPA145FR is an experimental Sharnet® web adhesive produced in a nonwoven form. Primary applications where Bostik SPA145FR is targeted for use are textile laminations where a flame-retardant adhesive is required to assist other flame-retardant substrates in producing a non-burning composite.
Produced in the Sharnet form, Bostik SPA145FR is based on a nylon resin that exhibits good dry cleaning solvent resistance. Bostik SPA145FR bonds to a variety of textiles, urethane foams and plasterized vinyl.
