Bostik Ultra-Set SingleStep

Bostik Ultra-Set_® SingleStep™ is a one-part, trowel applied, tacking, moisture-cure urethane adhesive, moisture vapor and sound reduction membrane. This scientifically formulated adhesive and membrane is very tenacious, has extremely low moisture permeability, and is formulated with Bostik’s patent pending Thickness-Control™ Spacer Technology to ensure proper membrane thickness between hardwood flooring and the substrate. Bostik’s Ultra-Set SingleStep does NOT contain any water, and has zero VOC's as per SCAQMD 1168.

Vapor-Lock™ Wood Flooring Urethane Adhesive/Vapor-Retarding Membrane

Vapor-Lock™ is a new and improved one-part, trowel-applied, rapid tacking, very low permeability moisture-cure urethane adhesive and vapor retarding membrane. This scientifically formulated adhesive/membrane does NOT contain water, is virtually odorless, and has 0%-VOC's.

Vapor-Lock offers a tenacious waterproof bond to a variety or substrates and is not adversely affected by exposure to moisture, water, or alkalinity; it can also create a vapor-retarding membrane designed to reduce moderate amounts of moisture vapor transmission from the subfloor and bridge cracks that can occur in the substrate prior to or after installation (up to 1/8”).

Bostik UltraFinish™ Portland Cement-Based Patch

Bostik UltraFinish™ is a fast-setting, latex-fortified, Portland cement-based patch for interior use prior to the installation of hardwood, ceramic, carpet, vinyl, or rubber flooring. This product may be used to skim coat or feather-edge up to 1" deep in one application. Floor covering can be installed typically in as little as 15-20 minutes over concrete, wood, ceramic and quarry tile without the requirement of priming or the use of a liquid additive. When mixed with Durabond D-L16™ High Strength Additive or Bostik's Hydroment 425 Multi-Purpose Acrylic Latex Admixture instead of water, Bostik UltraFinish can be used as an embossing leveler.

This product contains Bostik's Blockade™ Antimicrobial Protection, which inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold, or mildew on the surface of the dried cement; the dried cement resists stains caused by mold.

Webcrete 95 Portland Cement Patch

Webcrete_® 95 is a fast-setting, latex-fortified, Portland cement patch for interior use. Webcrete 95 may be used to skim coat or feather-edge finish up to 1/2” deep in one application. Floor covering can be installed in as little as an hour after application. Webcrete 95 is extremely flexible and resilient for patching and smoothing floors prior to the installation of ceramic tile, carpet, resilient and wood flooring. SL-150 Self-Leveling Underlayment

SL-150™ is a high compressive strength, self-leveling, cement-based underlayment. It is used to repair, smooth and level concrete as well as existing ceramic, terrazzo or approved plywood sub-floors prior to the installation of carpet, vinyl, VCT, laminate, solid and engineered hardwood flooring installation, ceramic or natural stone. Suitable for thicknesses from feather-edge to 1” thick, or up to 5” thick when mixed as designed with pea gravel. Use on, above, or below grade. Use SL-150 in smaller installations where it may be mixed by hand, or use underlayment pump to quickly cover large jobs.

D-261 Extreme Moisture Vapor Barrier Coating

D-261™ Extreme Moisture Vapor Barrier Coating is a two-component, high performance, rapid drying, epoxy formulated to dramatically reduce moisture vapor transmission and surface alkalinity from substrates including; “freshly-poured/green concrete”, properly prepared concrete, cement backer board, cement patch/underlayments, radiant heat flooring, and cement-based terrazzo prior to the installation of carpet; vinyl/VCT; engineered or solid hardwood; porcelain, marble, granite, or ceramic tile floor covering. D-261 contains Bostik’s Blockade™ antimicrobial protection and utilizes a breakthrough, silver-based, antimicrobial agent that provides built in protection to inhibit the growth of a broad range of odor causing bacteria, mold and mildew on the surface of the coating’s film. D-261 is uniquely formulated so that it may be applied to fresh “green” concrete as soon as it has achieved “initial set” (when the concrete can be walked on without disturbing the surface). It is pigmented light green for visual indication of coverage and film thickness during the installation process. It is extremely durable and wear resistant.

When properly installed, D-261 is designed to reduce the moisture vapor emission rate of even the most challenging concrete slabs from < 25 pounds per 1,000 ft2 per 24 hours to < 3 lbs. per 1,000 ft2 per 24 hours (per ASTM 1869). This non-flammable, non corrosive, low odor, non-blushing formulation requires no solvent wiping, and has no application window in which floor covering adhesives must be applied to achieve a strong bond. D-261 is formulated to be effective in reducing the surface alkalinity of concrete slabs to pH levels of 9 or lower as recommended by the Carpet and Rug Institute and the Canadian Carpet Institute, making them ideal for bonding with most adhesives.
