Chem-Calk GPS1 is a one-component, non-sag, polyurethane sealant specifically formulated to fulfill general sealing installations while exhibiting excellent dynamic movement capability. Chem-Calk 300 is a high-performance, commercial-grade butyl polyurethane sealant designed for roofing applications. Chem-Calk 300 meets ASTM 1311 and U.S. Federal Specification TT001657. Primary applications are sealing applications where little or no movement is expected, such as thresholds and sill plates and where water resistant properties are needed.

Chem-Calk 1200 is a one-component, RTV, architectural-grade silicone sealant primarily formulated to be used on non-porous surfaces. Its inherent superior weathering properites allow it to be used on exterior applications that must withstand the harshest of atmospheric conditions. Chem-Calk 1200 has particularly good adhesion to substrates such as glass, metals, ceramics, and most plastics.

Chem-Calk 1250 is an oxime/neutral-cure, high-performance silicone sealant featuring an optimized modulus. It is a low-odor formulation that offers superior adhesion to a wide variety of construction and industrial substrates, including concrete and masonry, most metals, plastics, and wood.
Chem-Calk 1250 is tough yet flexible, and offers fast green strength build and a fast cure. This tear-resistant sealant retains elastomeric properties from -62°F to 350°F, (-52°C to 176°C). Chem-Calk 1250 demonstrates superb hydrolytic stability. Unlike acetoxy-cure silicones, its curing mechanism is non-corrosive and therefore does not compromise most substrates.

Chem-Calk FRP is a synthetic acrylic, latex-based adhesive for interior installations only. FRP is low-odor, fast-grab, and has easy-to-trowel properties that make it "the contractors' friend" when installing Fiber-Reinforced Panels. FRP possesses a solids content of 70% by weight, and adjustability time of 25-30 minutes.
Architectural Grade (Two-Component)

Chem-Calk® 505 is a non-sag, two-component, architectural grade, polyurethane sealant capable of dynamic joint movement totalling 50% of original joint geometry (+/-25%).
It is formulated to provide a consistent viscosity over a broad temperature spectrum, making it extremely easy to mix and apply. Lastly, its lightweight formula enhances its handling properties.
Chem-Calk 505 physical properties remain relatively unchanged throughout a wide temperature range, -40°F to
150°F (-40°C to 68°C).
Chem-Calk 505 and its pourable companion product Chem-Calk 555-SL utilize the Unibase system, which allows the use of the Flex-Pak standard color and custom color packs—a one-base for all colors in the exclusive Two-Component Color Chart (C100).

Primers

Primer N-32 has been developed to provide adhesion on surfaces covered with flourocarbons, silicone acrylics, acrylics, etc. Drying time is approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
Primer N-40 has been developed for use on anodized and mill-finished aluminum and most other metals.
Prime Coat Primer is recommended for use on concrete, masonry, wood and most porous substrates if intermittent or continuous water immersion is anticipated.
