Bostik, Inc. offers a full-service, comprehensive benefit plan to our employment base including:
Educational Development: In commitment to our pursuit of continuous improvement and employee development, Bostik offers a company paid educational benefit to all regular full-time employees providing basic criteria are met.
Insurance: Bostik offers all full-time employees the opportunity to participant in a fully flexible group insurance program which includes; health, dental, vision, life and disability coverage as well as child and health care flexible spending accounts. This program allows each employee to customize his/her own benefit program to meet the individual’s and family’s needs. You may choose from multiple coverage options within each benefit category.
Paid Time Off: 12 paid holidays are scheduled each year in additional to accrued vacation. Depending upon hire date, employees are initially eligible for 1-2 weeks of paid vacation during the first year of employment. Vacation continues to be accrued by years of service.
Retirement Plan: All full-time employees become eligible to make a 401k contribution on the 1st payroll of the month after 30 days of employment. Eligibility for company contributions begins with the 1st payroll of the month after completing 1,000 hours of work (typically about 6 months).
The Bostik retirement plan has 3 components:
Company Contribution
1. Money Purchase Plan – guaranteed 3.1% of eligible income
2. Profit Sharing Plan – up to 10% of eligible income
Employee Contribution
3. Pre-tax 401k contribution of up to 75% of eligible income

Bostik Friends: Committee of employees who organize a variety of volunteer activities to encourage employee involvement within the communities in which we operate.
Casual Attire: Although we’re serious about getting the job done…we’re open to business casual attire which we feel is more conducive to our overall work environment.
Company Picnic: Get to know your coworkers and their families at our annual summer picnic as each Bostik location celebrates the summer in some fashion. Lots of food, fun and prizes!
Direct Deposit: Save time with payroll direct deposits to the institutions of our choice.
Employee Assistance Program: We offer free outside, confidential services to provide you and/or your family members with professional assistance for personal matters that may affect your life. Services range from counseling and legal assistance to elder and child care referrals.
Flexible Hours: Depending upon the position, you may find varied work schedules, some with flexible starting times between 7am to 9am. Fit your hours with your life!
Holiday Party: A “can’t miss” event with outstanding refreshments and entertainment to be enjoyed with coworkers and guests.
Matching Gifts: As part of our donations program, we will match your qualified charitable contributions 100%: minimum $50 / maximum $500.
Special Events: Committee of employees who organize social company events inside and outside of work such as tailgate parties, Hawaiian luau, bowling tournaments, boat trips, bagel breakfasts and more!
Volunteer Rewards: In return for the volunteer hours you provide to your community each year, Bostik will make a cash contribution to the charity of your choice.
