Terms and Conditions of Purchase require that our goods and services “comply and have been produced, processed, packaged, labeled, delivered and sold in conformity with all applicable national, federal, provincial, state and local laws and regulations in the country of manufacture and the country of sale”.  Employees are required to abide by our Values and Total Code of Conduct
